Free Tier

Our free tier requires no payment. No refund is applicable for the free tier of the Service.

Paid Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Partial month or partial usage refunds (subscriptions are billed for the full period)
